User License Agreement

Welcome to EziRead (hereinafter referred to as the "Application"). Please read and understand all rights and restrictions set forth in the User License Agreement ("Agreement") before using the Application.

This Agreement (including the privacy protection policies of the last part of this document) shall be legally binding on the use of this Application by the User (including the user who has obtained the Product and Services by all legal means (the “User” or “You”). The user shall be deemed to have accepted this Agreement. Please carefully read and understand the terms of this Agreement, including the waiver and limitation of our exemptions and restrictions on the rights of the user (the minor shall be accompanied by the legal guardian at the time of review). If you cannot accept all the terms of this Agreement, please do not start using the Application.

I. Use of accounts

1. You must promise and warrant that your use of this Application must be lawful and that the Application will retain or terminate your account in accordance with the provisions of “Modification and Termination” of this Agreement. You must notify this application at the earliest opportunity of any possible violation of the law, unauthorized use or suspicion of unauthorized use. This application shall not be liable for any loss caused by your failure to comply with the above requirements.

II. Service Content

2.1 The specific contents of this application shall be provided by Shenzhen Zhongxin Chuangzhan Technology Co. LTD and related affiliates (hereinafter referred to as "ZXCZ" or "We") according to actual conditions, including but not limited to App side: authorized users to download etc. ZXCZ has the right to upgrade or adjust the service or product form, and update the page or inform the user timely.

2.2 ZXCZ only provides technical services related to EziRead.In addition, equipment related to relevant network services (such as personal computers, tablets, mobile phones, printers and other equipment and consumables related to Internet access or mobile network) and expenses required (such as telephone fees and internet charges paid for Internet access, mobile phone fees paid for using mobile network) shall be borne by users themselves.

III. Change, interruption or termination of services

3.1 In view of the particularity of network services (including but not limited to force majeure, network stability, system stability, technical failure, user location, shutdown, user computer or mobile program virus or malicious network attack behavior and any other reasons such as technology, internet network, communication line and content infringement), the user agrees that ZXCZ has the right to interrupt or terminate some or all of the application at any time, and ZXCZ will notify the user in a reasonable manner as soon as possible, and repair it as soon as possible. However, ZXCZ shall not assume any responsibility for the user being unable to use the application normally, and the user shall bear the above risks.

3.2 The user understands that ZXCZ needs to conduct regular or irregular overhaul and maintenance of the application or related equipment. If the service is interrupted within a reasonable period due to such circumstances, ZXCZ will most likely give notice in advance, but shall not assume any responsibility for this.

3.3 If the User violates the laws, regulations and national policies or the rules of use stipulated in this Agreement, ZXCZ reserves the right to interrupt or terminate the provision of EziRead under this Agreement to the User at any time without any liability to the User or any third party.

IV. Rules for Use

4.1 When using this application, users must follow the following principles: (1) observe relevant laws and regulations of China; (2)This Application shall not be used for any unlawful purpose; (3)Comply with all network protocols, regulations and procedures relating to network services; (4)Do not use the Application System to conduct any behavior that may adversely affect the normal operation of the Internet; (5)Do not use the Application Network Service System to conduct any behavior against ZXCZ; (6)Without the written consent of ZXCZ, the Application shall not be used for any sales or other commercial behavior on the Application End, APP side or other official channels of the Application; (7)Comply with various service rules announced by ZXCZ from time to time.

4.2 The user shall not use this application to produce, upload, send or disseminate sensitive information and information violating national legal system, including but not limited to the following information: (1) against the basic principles established by the Constitution; (2)endangering State security, divulging state secrets, subverting state power and undermining national unity; (3)Damage to the honour and interests of the State; (4)Incitement to national hatred, ethnic discrimination and undermining national unity; (5)destroying the State's religious policy and promoting cults and feudal superstitions; (6)Dissemination of rumors, disturbance of social order and destruction of social stability; (7)spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or abetting crimes; (8)Insulting or slandering others and infringing upon the lawful rights and interests of others; (9)It contains other contents prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.

4.3 User agrees not to use any other member's account number or password under any circumstances. When the user suspects that another person uses his account or password, the user shall immediately notify ZXCZ.

4.4 In the event that the user violates any provision of this Agreement, ZXCZ has the right to terminate the provision of services to the EziRead account of the defaulting user according to this Agreement, resulting in other losses of ZXCZ, ZXCZ shall have the right to recover it.

V. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Any text, picture and logo contained in the EziRead provided by ZXCZ shall be protected by copyright, trademark right and other intellectual property laws and anti-unfair competition law.

5.2 The above information shall not be displayed on any other third party platform or used for any commercial purpose without the consent of the relevant obligee and ZXCZ; The user shall not copy, modify, compile or create derivative products related to the content without authorization.

5.3 During the use of EziRead, the user shall ensure and declare that the contents provided by the user have full legal copyright or full legal authorization for their activities in this application.

VI. DISCLAIMER

6.1 When using EziRead, users shall abide by national laws, regulations and policies, and assume any legal liabilities for the information and contents produced, uploaded, sent and disseminated, which shall not be related to ZXCZ.

6.2 User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless any claim, demand or loss claimed by any third party, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or arising out of or in breach of the provisions of this Agreement.

VII. Legal effect

7.1 Any provision of this Agreement (including the Privacy Protection Policy) shall remain valid and binding notwithstanding that any provision of this Agreement is wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason whatsoever.

7.2 The formation, execution and interpretation of this Agreement (including the Privacy Protection Policy) and the settlement of disputes shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China and shall be governed by the courts of the People's Republic of China. In case of any dispute or dispute arising from the content or execution of this Agreement, it shall be settled through friendly negotiation first. If the negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit to the people's court with jurisdiction in the place where ZXCZ is located.

7.3 Issues not covered in this Agreement (including Privacy Protection Policy) shall refer to relevant national laws and regulations. In case of any conflict between this Agreement and relevant national laws and regulations, national laws and regulations shall prevail.

7.4 This Agreement allows modification and termination: We will notify you by email if there are any material changes to this Agreement. Continued use of this application after the Change Notice is made known to you and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions; We reserve the right to modify, retain or close any Services of this Application at any time without notice.

Privacy Protection Policy

We would like to thank you for your trust and use of the Application. The Privacy Policy (this "Policy") will describe in detail the policies and practices of the Application in relation to the acquisition, management and protection of your personal information.

I. How do we protect your personal information

1.1 The term "Privacy" referred to in this Policy includes the content of the personal information of users specified in Article 4 of the Provisions on Protection of Personal Information of Telecom and Internet Users, as well as those specified in laws and regulations enacted or amended from time to time.

1.2 Protecting the privacy and personal data of users is a basic system of EziRead.EziRead will adopt various systems, security technologies and procedures to protect the privacy and personal data of users from unauthorized access, use or disclosure, and ensure that the registration information of a single user and the non-public content stored in the application by the user when using EziRead will not be disclosed or used for any illegal purposes to third parties other than ZXCZ and User, except for the following circumstances:

（1）Obtain prior authorization from the user;

（2）According to relevant laws and regulations;

（3）According to the requirements of relevant governmental authorities;

（4）in the interests of the public;

（5）It is necessary for the user to protect the legitimate rights and interests of ZXCZ under this Agreement.

II. Changes and amendments to privacy policy

2.1 ZXCZ reserves the right to modify any provision of this policy at any time. In case of any change in the contents of this Agreement, ZXCZ will publish the modified agreement content in EziRead application or other official platforms or notify the user of the modified content in other appropriate ways.

2.2 The user does not agree with the above modification and has the right to choose to stop using EziRead. However, if the user continues to use it, it shall be deemed as accepting the modification of relevant clauses of this Agreement by ZXCZ.
